Binary audit

83 eight-bit groups store 7-bit ASCII values (RFC 20). They encode Romanized Sanskrit, not Devanagari and not an English translation. Dump skips BHUR, glues TATSAVITURVARENYAM, drops A on DEVASYA, splits DHIMAHI.DHIO, ends TLAT?. Those errors are in the encoded bytes, not introduced by decoding. Neither line is a Vedic transmission wire.

Method

A connection can be deliberately authored, mathematically defined, historically documented, or experimentally supported. Those are different kinds of connection.
